How to Request a Ballot for Voting by Mail

To vote by mail, you need to fill out an official form that requests that a ballot be mailed to you. You may have already received one of these forms in the mail. If not, you can call or email your county auditor and ask that one be sent to you.

You must return the ballot request form to your county auditor no later than 5:00 p.m. 15 days before the election.
